2nd Nepal Cultural International Film Festival is the celebration of diverse culture films festival which showcases full-length features, shorts, experimental films including fiction animations and documentaries, from around the world.

Our aim is to encourage young talent in filmmaking and to promote children's and teens' films that are meaningful, inspirational in the real world.

Apart from this, the festival has some of the most famous, award-winning filmmakers from around the world screening their films at the festival. These movies are the benchmark for what a good film should be – entertaining, clean, hugely inspiring and packed with moral values!

This festival will also help Nepal garner some global exposure which it lacks. The festival will also showcase lots Nepalese films and foreign films made in Nepal, and will help promote Nepal as a filming destination.

Starting from September 2018, NCFC aims to repeat itself every year in the same month, and establish a national as well as global presence. NCFC consistency will be vital in establishing a film culture in the country, which is foremost goal.

Alberto, originally from Colombia, S.A., came to the U. S. in 1985, settled in Chicago and later moved to Boston. He is Co- Founder of Arlington International film Festival. He is both an educator and a journalist. He has worked as an educator for 23 years in both the public and private sectors and believes that education is an essential tool for preparing our young people to assume their personal and social responsibilities. Alberto has enjoyed a successful career in journalism, in radio broadcasting as well as owning and operating a newspaper. From a young man Alberto has given of himself through community organizing and his work with human rights organizations. He is pleased to be organizing this Festival for the residents of Arlington and Boston at-large. Alberto completed his studies at Inpahu University, Bogota, Colombia.

Social and Audiovisual Entrepreneur from Croatia specializing in safeguarding Human Rights in the Era of Media, Technology, Innovation, Big Data. Holds experience as a festival artistic director, film jury and a festival programmer in Southern Asia and is involved in European-Asian collaborations as an active member of the Filmmakers Association of Croatia. Her film 'The Stamp' (2019) was the finalist for Student Oscar Academy Awards by Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in 2020. Completed Talents Sarajevo, talent development program of the Sarajevo Film Festival in collaboration with Berlin International Film Festival & Berlinale Talents and internship at the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia during Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Having worked in Media and Film industry in Europe and Asia, she gained valuable insights into how media technologies could shape and impact lives globally. Dalia graduated Production from University of Zagreb in Croatia and LUCA School of Arts in Belgium (Erasmus+) with excellent scores and recognitions such as triple Rector’s Award. Studies MBA in Cybersecurity and Human Rights in Vienna.

Elisabeth White is an award winning director/producer best known for independent productions, with dozens of credits under her name including working with many top names in the film and music industry, such as Oscar Nominee and golden globe winner Sally Kirkland (Anna), Elaine Hendrix (The Parent Trap), Sandy Martin (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia), Jim Tavare (Harry Potter), Snoop Dogg, Lenny Kravitz, Beastie Boys, Simple Minds and Clement Von Frankenstein (Hail Caesar). She has her own production company, RooAndKanga Inc., focusing on TV and film. She started her career in the music industry signing with a major record label at 18 in Germany, selling millions of units worldwide and winning several European music awards. Elisabeth has a global following and served as a goodwill ambassador for international charities, including Amnesty International and Ronald McDonald Housing Hospitals. Elisabeth made the transition to go behind the camera full time in 2010, finding her love for directing and producing almost as soon as she entered the film industry. She came to directing music videos when she was approached by other bands for her creative input in film and music with Universal Music Group. Her journey from there has since been swift and her results have been praised by mainstays of the film and music community. In her childhood, Elisabeth became obsessed with designing, painting, performing and writing. She uses those obsessions now to bring her dreams and visions to life. Her recent projects include directing/producing “Lilith” a film starring Oscar Nominee and Golden Globe winner Sally Kirkland, a pilot focusing on rare disease awareness, an award winning film “Who The Hell Is Annie?” and the award winning music video "California Party" with Snoop Dogg/C-Tru, in addition to several other award-winning projects for the Asian market. Elisabeth White is truly an international director: she speaks English, German and Greek fluently, as well as some Italian. Elisabeth is in production for several upcoming projects, including an Indonesian romantic drama and a horror feature film. Elisabeth is passionate about working on hidden film gems to bring important stories to light, particularly ones with themes of equality and justice. With a background in theater, music and acting, she is able to work closely with actors to produce vivid and emotive performances. Elisabeth White is a storyteller at heart, and loves to create unique, captivating and cinematic worlds with every project. She is currently in pre production for an Austrian women lead drama and a dark comedy feature film. She is working with Lionsgate and TriStar in development with her projects. Elisabeth is passionate about working on hidden film gems to bring important stories to light, particularly ones with themes of equality and justice. With a background in theater, music and acting, she is able to work closely with actors to produce vivid and emotive performances. She is a storyteller at heart, and loves to create unique, captivating and cinematic worlds with every project. She is a dedicated member of Women in Film and resides in Los Angeles.

Liane Cunje is currently a Manager of Festival Programming at the Toronto International Film Festival. She was recently a Programmer with the Overlook Film Festival, and has been an International Programming Associate for TIFF since 2017, covering the UK, Western Europe, and South Asian programming. In 2019, she was the Discovery Programming Associate for the focused programme showcasing bold visions from international first- and second-feature directors. Coming from a Film Studies and a television development background in Montreal, Liane previously worked in cult film restoration and distribution in the UK with Arrow Video as Operations Executive. Liane currently sits on the board for The Miskatonic Institute of Horror Studies.

Reecha Sharma (Nepali: ऋचा शर्मा) is a Nepalese fim actress, model and VJ. She was one of the ten semifinalists of Miss Nepal 2007 pageant and has been popular for her acting in music videos and ramps. She made her acting debut in the Nepali film First Love (2010). She then acted in Mero Love Story and Highway in 2011. The most successful box office movie of 2012 Loot marked a turning point in her acting career. She also acted in a youth-focused movie Visa Girl in 2012. She also acted in the critically acclaimed 2014 film Talakjung vs Tulke.
